Grilled Salmon with Honey Dijon Sauce


4 - 8 ounce salmon fillets; brushed with oil
8 tb Honey
4 tb Dijon mustard
4 tb Water; warm
1 tb Olive oil
3 ts Soy sauce
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Black pepper

HONEY DIJON SAUCE: Combine honey, Dijon mustard, water, olive oil, soy sauce, salt & pepper.

Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and grill 3 to 5 minutes on one side. Turn.

While grilling on second side, brush with Honey Dijon Sauce. Grill a total of approximately 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with extra sauce on the side.
