Jim's Bluefish Barbeque
Ingredients
2 Fillets
of bluefish
1 lemon
2
Tomatoes
Salt
Pepper

tb of virgin olive oil
1
tb of paprika
Lay fillets skin side down on aluminum foil (large enough to wrap
around the fillets) Rub fillets with olive oil and then rub in salt,
pepper and paprika on the flesh side of fillet. Thinly slice lemon and
tomatoes, then layout on fillets - try to over entire fillet with the
slices. Wrap each fillet in the aluminum foil and place on barbeque for
approximately 15-20 minutes or until bluefish flakes with fork.
