Bluefish Jungle Barbeque Roast
Ingredients
2 Fillets
of
bluefish - skinned
1 lemon
Salt
Pepper

tb of virgin olive oil
1
tb of paprika
1/2 c Italian salad dressing
Lay fillets on hinged fish barbeque racks. Rub fillets with olive oil
and then rub in salt, pepper and paprika. Thinly slice lemon, then layout
on fillets - try to over entire fillet with the slices. Place fillets in
the barbeque racks directly over flames. Each time you turn baste with
Italian salad dressing. Cooking time depends on temperature of the fire.
