 Venison Swiss Steak

Ingredients


1 lb. venison round steak
1/4 cup flour
Bacon grease
2 bay leaves
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 sm. jar mushrooms
Water

Pound flour into meat. Brown meat quickly in bacon grease. Drain excess grease; add remaining ingredients; cover with water. Simmer slowly 2 hours or until tender.
