Chili Con Carne 

1/4 lb. suet
1 med. onion, sliced
3 garlic buttons, sliced
1 lb. ground lean raw venison
1 can red kidney beans
Chili powder to taste

Cut suet in small pieces and fry crisp; add the onion, garlic, and meat; cook for a few minutes. Add beans and season to taste with chili powder, paprika, and salt. Cook slowly for about 1 hour or until the mixtures thickens. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Serves 4-6.
