Sautéed Lemon Catfish


7 oz Catfish Fillet
3 tb Butter
2 tb Lemon Juice
1 tb Minced Fresh Parsley
3 Thin Slices Lemon
2 Broccoli Florets; ( Blanched)

Sauté catfish in 1 tablespoon butter for 2-3 minutes on each side. When you flip the fish to cook the second side add all ingredients except for butter and broccoli. When fish becomes flaky, remove from pan to serving plate. Add remaining ingredients to pan and cook until broccoli is hot. Pour over fish and serve.
