Barbecued Shrimp


1 lb Shrimp - cleaned & de-veined
3 large Garlic cloves - crushed
1 large Lemon - halved
1/4 cup Butter - cracked
1 tsp Black pepper - cracked
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper - ground
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/4 tsp Salt
1 dash Hot sauce - to taste
1 Sprig chives - garnish

Heat frying pan, add the butter and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes. Add the shrimp, cayenne pepper, black pepper, thyme, salt, hot sauce and fresh squeezed lemon juice. Cook until shrimp are pink. Garnish with chives.

NOTES : Shrimp cooks very quickly, do not overcook.
