Barbecued Shrimp (Cajun
2 Dozen large shrimp
2 tsp Cajun spice
2 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Fresh garlic
1 tbsp Green onion
1/2 cup Shrimp or chicken stock
1/4 cup Dark beer at room temperature
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Rinse shrimp in cold water.
Heat butter in skillet. Add shrimp and stir until they turn pink. Add
Cajun spice, fresh garlic, green onion, beer, stock and Worcestershire
sauce. Shake pan while cooking to help form the sauce. Serve in a bowl
with rice, or with lots of French bread.
