Escalloped Scallops
Ingredients
1 pint Scallops
1/2 cup butter
1 cup cracker crumbs
1/2 cup light cream
Salt & pepper
Wash Scallops. In flat
greased baking dish, put a layer of crumbs, Scallops, salt and pepper then
cream and rest of crumbs. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
