Broiled Bay Scallops
Ingredients
1 lb Bay scallops or sea
scallops halved
1 ts Paprika
Pepper; to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tb Parsley; chopped fresh
Preheat broiler. Rinse
scallops and pat dry. Place in a baking dish. Season with paprika and
pepper on all sides. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Broil scallops about
3" from heat source 3 minutes, until they turn opaque. Turn to make
certain they are cooked through. Garnish with parsley |
