Baked Scallops
Ingredients
1 tbs Butter
1/4 cup Dry white wine
Lemon juice
1/2 tsp Thyme
1 lb Scallops rinsed
Heat
butter wine lemon juice and thyme pour over scallops. Marinate for 15-20
minutes at room temperature. Bake at 450 for 5-6 minutes. Do not overcook.
