Corn and Oysters
Ingredients
1 can
(16-oz) cream style corn
1 can Frozen oyster stew
1 cup Oysters
20 Crackers (crushed)
1 cup Milk
1/4 cup Celery; finely chopped
1 Egg; slightly beaten
1 tbs Pimento; chopped
1/4 ts Salt
1 dash Pepper
Mix all
the above ingredients, except the oysters. Pour into a buttered casserole.
Over this pour 2 tablespoons melted margarine, 10 crackers (crushed) and
additional oysters, if used. Bake at 350 degrees oven for 45
minutes.
